CLYDE YACHTS - CORPORATE EVENTS

Corporate Sailing.

In the past most corporate entertainment has been based around the dinner table with a bottle of wine and lots of chat about business. As we all know there is more to doing business than simply talking about markets and statistics.

A sailing day can break that mould. Your customers and colleagues will remember an event that is special or has a unique quality to it. A sailing event can be the catalyst for developing a client into a business partner or an employee into a company asset.

A shared day of fun and excitement presents a common experience to talk about. A contact who, in the past, has been a voice at the end of the phone becomes a face and a friend to do business with and you or your company will be the first call they may make in the future.

Corporate Sailing Comment – November 2013

" Having just retired from providing Corporate Hospitality Services to a major financial Services institution, I have used Clyde Yachts on a regular basis over the past 9 years and reckon to have organised some 45 events varying from 2 to 7 days in duration and chartering 3 - 4 boats on each occasion. These events were attended by clients, colleagues and friends from all over the UK, with many visiting the Clyde and Western Isles for the first time and enjoying a lifetime experience, but most importantly from a business perspective numerous lasting relationships were developed. I found Clyde yachts to be an excellent company to work with and from start to finish customer enjoyment and satisfaction is paramount, however safety is always the order of the day and you can enjoy your sailing with confidence. Many of our delegates have returned to Clyde yachts over the years to obtain formal sailing qualifications under the expert tuition of Colin and Ian and then used the company for private charter. The boats are all top notch and maintained to the highest standards irrespective of cost, which is a most re assuring factor.
I have nothing but pleasant and positive experiences to remember in my dealings with Clyde Yachts and I look forward to further sailing experiences with this capable and highly commendable company in the years ahead."

Your event

Each event is unique and will be tailored to suit you, your clients or colleagues, and the weather conditions of the day.  During the sailing day refreshments are allowed, but you and the skippers will, for the safety of those on board, limit the drinks on board to a reasonable level.

  Catering

This is an open ended option. Everything from a sandwich to a full hostess prepared lunch or dinner can be arranged. Or alternately, a sail to some of Scotlandís finest sea food restaurants can be the main event.

Scenery

The Clyde estuary is recognised by all who sail as the most beautiful safe and sheltered sailing area. There is always something of interest and scenery which has to be absorbed. Gentle on the eye and easy on the mind, relaxing is not an option, it is compulsory.
